The principals of Bluestone Development (Robert Frankel, Mark Ordower, and Felix Lampariello) have extensive experience developing, building, and marketing multi-unit residential condominiums in the Chicagoland area. Bluestone Development was formed in 2003 and has just completed the 39 unit Loftworks on Michigan at 1919 S. Michigan Avenue and is currently developing the 100 unit Lakeside Lofts located at 2035 S. Indiana Avenue . Both projects are located in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. Robert Frankel, a founding partner of Frankel Giles & Associates, has been involved with real estate development since the late 1980's. Projects include Skyline Lofts, Studebaker Lofts, 1455 S. Michigan Avenue & 1835 S. State Street & many more. Mark Ordower, as a principal of Ogden partners has been involved with real estate development since 1982. Some of his prior projects include 435 N. LaSalle, The Headley School Condominiums (40 units), 333 S. Des Plaines (78 units), Dearborn Park II Townhomes (200 units), the Madison (94 units), The Buena Vista (40 units), East Water Place (56 units), and Newport Place Townhomes (25 units) and Fremont Place Townhomes (20 Units). Felix Lampariello, owner of KKLLM builders, has been in the construction business for over 30 years. As a project manager for Tishman Construction, he built two 150 unit high-rise towers at 15th and State Street in Chicago. Mr. Lampariello has built and/or developed over 100 luxury homes in the western suburbs of Chicago (Hinsdale, LaGrange, Western Springs) with a total market value in excess of $80 million. During his career he been project manager of a number of renovation projects which include Medina Country Club, Calumet Country Club, Resurrection Hospital, Evergreen Medical Center, and O'Neal Middle School. |
